‘Growing Together’ is about growing emotionally and finding ways to help each other grow. Challenges and setbacks can help us to grow and adapt and trying new things can help us to move beyond our comfort zone into a new realm of possibility and potential. However, emotional growth is often a gradual process that happens over time, and sometimes we might feel a bit ‘stuck’.

Did you know that 1 in 6 children and young people have a diagnosable mental health problem and many more struggle with challenges from bullying to bereavement?

Rebecca McKellar, a Director here at Caring Services Agency will be climbing Snowdon on 7th May through the night with a group of her friends, in order to raise money for children’s mental health charity, Place2Be.

Place2be is a children’s mental health charity that provides counselling and mental health support and training in UK schools, using tried and tested methods backed by research.

Whether you’re someone who works with children, a parent or carer, passionate about spreading the word, or keen to raise funds for Place2Be, you can help us reach as many people as possible. Please help Rebecca to support Place2Be’s vital work, and give what you can, we would massively appreciate it.

Together we can make a real difference to children's mental health and ensure that children don’t have to face mental health problems alone.
