Location: L25
Hours: 8:15am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: £14-£15 (depending on experience)
Overview
Caring Services are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Admin/Receptionist to join a busy primary school office in the L25 area of Liverpool. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents and staff, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for visitors, parents and external agencies
- Answer and direct telephone calls in a professional manner
- Manage general enquiries, emails and correspondence
- Maintain accurate pupil records and update administrative systems
- Support attendance monitoring and reporting
- Carry out general administrative duties including filing, data entry and document preparation
- Assist with school communications and office organisation
Requirements
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced school environment
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Previous experience working in a school setting
- Knowledge of SIMS or similar school systems
