Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

Contract: Long term/ongoing- Full‑time, 39 hours per week
Hours: Rota between 8am–6pm (term time only)

Hourly Rate: £13.80 + holiday pay

Location: L25

Role Summary

Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS, creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities.
  • Observe and record children’s progress.
  • Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and high‑quality care.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to daily routines and team tasks.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Experience in an early year’s setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding.
