Job Title: After School Nanny (Part-Time)
Location: Liverpool, L18
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 18 hours per week
- Days: Tuesday to Friday
- Time: 2:30pm – 7:00pm
Job Description:
A warm and welcoming family in the Liverpool L18 area is looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive After School Nanny to care for two children aged 10 and 14. This is a part-time position across four afternoons each week, perfect for a nurturing individual who enjoys working with older children and supporting busy families.
Key Responsibilities:
- School pick-up for both children (car required)
- Transport to after-school activities, including swimming and other clubs
- Prepare healthy, child-friendly meals and snacks
- Support with children’s laundry, including washing and ironing
- Provide a supportive, engaging presence – help with homework, play, and conversation
- Create a safe and structured routine in the afternoons and early evenings
Requirements:
- Must be a car owner and driver with a clean driving licence
- Previous experience working with children in a nanny or similar role
- Warm, organised, and confident managing two older children
- Able to build positive relationships with both children and parents
- Willing to assist with light household tasks related to the children
- First aid training and enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) desirable
