We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to work part time in a Nursery in Croxteth, L12!

Pay: £13.80 per hour, plus holiday pay.

Location: Croxteth, L12

Start: ASAP

Hours: 2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays) - 8:30am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide general classroom support to help all pupils and pupils with SEN
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation throughout the school day

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Level 2 qualification (Level 3 preferred but not essential)
• Experience working with SEN, particularly children whose communication, language and interaction skills are significantly below age-related expectations
• Ability to work closely with class staff and follow structured routines and support plans
• A Paediatric First Aid certificate.

All applicants must hold an enhanced DBS certificate (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered on the DBS update service. Candidates will be asked to provide a minimum of five years references and successfully pass all safeguarding checks
