We are currently looking for an experienced 1-1 TA to work in a Primary School in Huyton, L36!

We are looking for someone with experience working with children with SEN and Behavioural Needs to support a pupil in a Year 2 class.

Location: Huyton
Pay: £13.80 per hour, plus holiday pay.

Start: April 2025 to July 2025

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1-1 SEN Support, supporting a child with a medical condition and ADHD.
• Work with young children who have difficulty with communication and social interaction
• Ensuring children are engaged
• Adapting to every individual pupil’s needs
• Helping with behaviour management of children
• Be a key component in a child’s early development

Profile:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Friendly, empathetic and motivating
• Strong regard for pupil safety-and well being
• Motivating with ability to engage pupils
• Good ability to manage behaviour
