We are looking for Passionate Teaching Assistants to join us. We work with some of the best schools to help them cover any vacancies, whether that be day to day supply, short or long term placements.
We are currently looking for an experienced 1-1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in a Nursery class who is non verbal and self directed. This will be a part time position working afternoons, Monday - Friday!
Location: Stoneycroft , L13, Liverpool.
Pay: £11.50 - £12.88 per hour, plus holiday pay.
Start: ASAP
Hours: 12:15pm to 3:15pm, Monday to Friday!
Responsibilities:
- Providing 1-1 support to the children
- Delivering activities on one-to-one or small group basis
- Ensuring children are engaged
- Adapting to every individual pupil’s needs
- Helping with behaviour management of children
Profile:
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Friendly, empathetic and motivating
- Strong regard for pupil safety-and well being
- Motivating with ability to engage pupils
- Good ability to manage behaviour
