Description

We are looking for Passionate Teaching Assistants to join us. We work with some of the best schools to help them cover any vacancies, whether that be day to day supply, short or long term placements.

We are currently looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to work within a brand new SEN base for either KS1 or KS2 pupils. Working with a small group of children. You will be working alongside a Teacher and another Teaching Assistant. You must have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, and in particular with children with SEN.

Location: Garston, L19 Liverpool.
Pay: £11.50 - £12.88 per hour, plus holiday pay.

Start: September 2023

Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Providing 1-1 support to the children
  • Delivering activities on one-to-one or small group basis
  • Ensuring children are engaged
  • Adapting to every individual pupil’s needs
  • Helping with behaviour management of children

Profile:

  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Friendly, empathetic and motivating
  • Strong regard for pupil safety-and well being
  • Motivating with ability to engage pupils
  • Good ability to manage behaviour
