Job Title: 1-1 Teaching Assistant in Wavertree, Liverpool!
Summary: We are looking for an experienced and qualified 1-1 TA to work in a Year 1 Class.
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £11.50- £12.80 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday.
Location: Primary school in Wavertree, Liverpool
Duties: Working in a Reception Class as a 1-1 with a child with Learning difficulties and speech and language delay. He is inside the main classroom and has his own table with activities and Visual Timetable. Need to be patient, Nurturing and Firm.
The ideal candidate:
· Excellent attendance and punctuality.
· Qualification in Childcare, Teaching and Support in Schools, Health and Social Care or another relevant qualification (Eg Psychology) or equivalent or working towards a qualification in similar fields
· A great work ethic and the ability to work as a team.
· Experience of working with SEN.
· Ability to work from your own initiative and independently as necessary.
