Our Client is looking to recruit a deputy manager for thier multi-award-winning setting.

The contract would be full time (40 hours), for the right candidate we may accept part time hours, no less than a four day week.

They run a warm and welcoming setting with a strong, committed, enthusiastic team, and we are looking for someone to support our Nursery Manager in leading that team.

We would like:

· Minimum Level 3 NVQ or National Diploma

· Experience of leadership in an Early Years setting at a minimum level of room leader.

· Paediatric First Aid Certification.

· Thorough understanding of Ofsted requirements and proven ability to implement them day to day.

· Ability to work in partnership with parents and outside agencies.

· Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.
