Our Client is looking to recruit a deputy manager for thier multi-award-winning setting.

The contract would be full time (40 hours), for the right candidate we may accept part time hours, no less than a four day week.

They run a warm and welcoming setting with a strong, committed, enthusiastic team, and we are looking for someone to support our Nursery Manager in leading that team.

They are looking for a strong leader who is committed to ensuring our high standards for the development, wellbeing, safety, and happiness of thier children are met. They are looking for someone with excellent communications skills who is experienced dealing with people at all levels. We would like:

· Minimum Level 3 NVQ or National Diploma

· Experience of leadership in an Early Years setting at a minimum level of room leader.

· Paediatric First Aid Certification.

· Thorough understanding of Ofsted requirements and proven ability to implement them day to day.

· Ability to work in partnership with parents and outside agencies.

· Extensive knowledge of safeguarding.
