Description

We are looking for a fun, caring and experienced Teaching Assistant to work within a Reception Class at a mainstream Primary School in Aintree, Liverpool. If you have a passion to see children learn and develop, this role could be the perfect opportunity for you. There are a number of children on the ASD Pathway within the class, so we are looking for a Teaching Assistant with experience of supporting Children with SEN to work alongside the Teacher/ Teaching Assistants in place. No personal care required.

  • Monday- Friday
  • 9am to 3.15pm
  • Pay: Starting from £10.50 - £12 per hr
  • Location: Aintree/Old Roan, Liverpool

Starting September 2022 and ongoing role for the full academic year.

Roles

  • As a Teaching Assistant you will be required to promote the learning and personal development of the assigned pupil, to enable the pupil to make best use of the educational opportunities
  • Supporting the creation and implementation of the school development plan, particularly where it relates toEYFS

Responsibilities

  • Aid the pupils learning in group and independent study
  • Liaise with the teacher in order to adapt learning methods/approaches
  • Assess, record and report on development, progress and attainment for every pupil in the class
