We have a fantastic opportunity for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant; supporting a male student in a Senior School in Childwall.

To start: ASAP (until the end of the academic year)

Pay: £10.50 per hour (plus holiday pay)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week

The 1:1 Teaching Assistant will be required to support a Year 8 male pupil who has Social and Emotional needs. He has ASD but no behavioral issues. Academically he doesn’t require too much support; but he does require his 1:1 to discreetly observe him at all times throughout the day. The 1:1 will be required to observe the student throughout his lunch/ break times; another member of staff will then support him whilst you take yours.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and must be able to supply the names of relevant references.
