Description

We are looking for a General Teaching Assistant to work within the Pre-School room in a Nursery in L24, Liverpool. Within this role you may also be required to complete small group work with children with SEN/ additional requirements. The role is for the full academic year and is term time only.

 

Location: L24, Liverpool.

Pay: £11.50- £12.80 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:00pm. Term time only.

 

Responsibilities

* To achieve and maintain high standards of care and education

* To ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment

* To ensure all policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times

* To ensure all Health and Safety procedures are in place and being met by members of your team

* To work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure that the values and mission of the Nursery are achieved

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Relevant Childcare Qualifications

* Previous experience working within a Nursery

* A working knowledge of EYFS

* A good understanding of the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

* The ability to communicate effectively
